Nothing says welcome home like a trip to the Farmer’s Market – especially when you love veggies as much as I do! Costa Rica was amazing, but I would not call it a foodie destination – with “The Lookout” in Coco being the one exception of a true travelicious stop! So here’s a selection of today’s finds with the majority being purple. Not sure yet what the after picture will look like, but I know the Big Green Egg will be the main method of cooking and the goal is to let the ingredients shine and fuel both the body and soul. I sure love to eat out, but with the limited choice of great restaurants in the Carolinas, I prefer to cook myself as that also means I know what’s in my food!
